We are seeking a results-driven International Sales Manager with a strong background in technology and software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a track record of generating and closing high-value deals in global markets, building strong client relationships, and developing market strategies that drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute international sales strategies to expand market presence and achieve revenue targets. Identify, approach, and convert prospects in target regions across multiple geographies. Manage the complete sales cycle – from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure. Build and maintain long-term relationships with enterprise clients, partners, and distributors. Collaborate with product, marketing, and technical teams to create tailored solutions for clients. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and potential new markets. Attend international conferences, exhibitions, and networking events to represent the company. Prepare detailed sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis for leadership review. Requirements Bachelor’s/master’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. 4+ years of proven international sales experience in technology/software solutions. Strong understanding of SaaS, enterprise software, cloud solutions, or IT services. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple international accounts. Familiarity with CRM tools (e.G., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales analytics. Willingness to travel internationally when required. Preferred Skills Experience working with cross-cultural teams and clients. Knowledge of international trade and compliance regulations.
