Job Title: Sales Assistant

Reports to: Sales Manager

Location: M.I.D.C M3 & M4 PLOT M.I.D.C

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, filing, and answering phone calls.

2. Assist with sales order processing, including preparing sales orders, invoices, and delivery notes.

3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, including customer information, sales history, and product knowledge.

4. Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and building strong relationships.

5. Assist with sales reporting, including preparing sales reports, analyzing sales data, and identifying trends.

6. Support the sales team with sales campaigns, including preparing sales materials, coordinating events, and tracking results.

7. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activity.

**Requirements**:
1. 1-2 years of experience in a sales administration or customer service role.

2. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.

4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

5. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

6. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
