IT Executive

The IT Executive will be responsible for leading and managing the organization’s IT operations, infrastructure, and team, ensuring alignment with business goals. This role involves developing, implementing, and managing technology strategies to support the company's objectives, improve efficiency, and drive innovation. The IT Executive will also ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of IT systems and services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Planning & Leadership**:

- Develop and execute IT strategies aligned with business goals.
- Provide leadership to the IT department and act as a key advisor to executive leadership on technology trends, solutions, and innovations.
- Lead the development of IT policies, processes, and standards to ensure operational excellence.
- Manage IT budgets and allocate resources effectively to meet organizational goals.
- **IT Infrastructure & Operations**:

- Oversee the management and maintenance of the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, data storage, and cloud services.
- Ensure systems are secure, reliable, and scalable to support business operations.
- Direct IT staff in the installation, maintenance, and optimization of hardware and software.
- **Cybersecurity & Risk Management**:

- Implement and monitor cybersecurity strategies to safeguard company data, networks, and systems.
- Assess potential IT risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards related to IT security and privacy.
- **Team Management & Development**:

- Lead and mentor IT team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and professional development.
- Define and manage performance metrics for the IT department, ensuring targets are met.
- Recruit, train, and retain top IT talent.
- **Vendor Management & Budgeting**:

- Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers, ensuring effective contracts, performance, and service delivery.
- Oversee the IT budget and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented.
- **Innovation & Technology Development**:

- Identify and recommend emerging technologies to enhance business performance and achieve competitive advantage.
- Stay informed of industry trends and continuously evaluate new technologies for adoption.
- **Support & Troubleshooting**:

- Ensure the timely resolution of IT issues, providing high-level support when necessary.
- Troubleshoot complex problems related to software, hardware, and network systems.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
