The IT Executive is responsible for overseeing the technology infrastructure within the hotel or hospitality establishment. This role ensures the smooth operation of IT systems, manages hotel software and hardware, provides user support, and works to enhance operational efficiency through technology.

**Key Responsibilities:1. IT Systems & Infrastructure Management**
- Oversee the daily operation of all IT systems, including PMS (e.g., Opera, IDS, Fidelio), POS, booking engines, and network infrastructure.
- Ensure the smooth functioning of guest-facing technologies, including Wi-Fi, IPTV, key card access systems, and digital concierge services.
- Monitor and maintain the security of the hotel’s IT network, ensuring compliance with cybersecurity best practices.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
