**Key Responsibilities**
- **IDS Software Management**:

- Implement, configure, and maintain **IDS Software** to ensure smooth business operations.
- Provide technical support for **IDS system users**, resolving issues promptly.
- Optimize IDS functionalities to enhance workflow efficiency.
- **IT Infrastructure & Support**:

- Manage and maintain IT systems, including servers, networks, and databases.
- Oversee cybersecurity measures to protect company data and ensure compliance with security policies.
- Provide end-user support for hardware, software, and system-related issues.
- **System Integration & Upgrades**:

- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless **software integrations**.
- Plan and execute software updates, patches, and system migrations with mínimal downtime.
- **Data Management & Reporting**:

- Monitor system performance and generate analytical reports for management.
- Maintain data integrity, backup systems, and disaster recovery plans.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,557.88 - ₹31,993.42 per month
