**Key Responsibilities**:

- **IDS Software Management**:

- Administer, configure, and optimize **IDS Software** to enhance business operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IDS-related system issues and ensure seamless functionality.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams for upgrades, integrations, and support.
- **IT Infrastructure & Security**:

- Oversee network security, firewalls, IDS/IPS (Intrusion Detection/Prevention Systems), and cybersecurity protocols.
- Monitor and maintain IT systems, ensuring optimal performance and security compliance.
- Implement best practices for **data protection, backup, and disaster recovery**.
- **Technical Support & Troubleshooting**:

- Provide IT support for end-users and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Conduct system audits and performance evaluations to enhance operational efficiency.
- **Project Management & Implementation**:

- Lead IT projects related to IDS Software, ERP, CRM, and other enterprise solutions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
