Job Overview: TheField Executive Financial Products Sales will be responsible forpromoting and selling our range of insurance and investmentfinancial products to prospective clients. This role requires aproactive individual with strong sales acumen excellentcommunication skills and a deep understanding of financial productsand services. Responsibilities: Prospect and identify potentialclients through various channels including cold calling networkingevents referrals and other lead generation strategies. Conductthorough needs assessments to understand clients financial goalsrisk tolerance and insurance/investment needs. Present and explainour insurance and investment financial products and services toclients emphasizing their features benefits and suitability to meetclients specific needs. Provide personalized recommendations andfinancial advice to clients based on their individual circumstancesobjectives and preferences. Develop and maintain strongrelationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty and togenerate repeat business and referrals. Stay informed aboutindustry trends regulatory changes and market developmentsaffecting insurance and investment products and communicaterelevant information to clients. Meet or exceed sales targets andperformance metrics including sales quotas revenue targets andclient satisfaction goals
