Overview: The SalesExecutive Field Sales (Fintech) plays a crucial role in drivingrevenue for our organization by identifying pursuing and acquiringnew clients within the fintech industry. This role requires adynamic and resultsdriven individual with a deep understanding offintech products and services as well as a strong ability toestablish and maintain clientrelationships.KeyResponsibilities:
  • Implementing astrategic sales plan to expand the customer base within the fintechindustry
  • Identifying and targeting potentialclients through proactive prospecting and coldcalling
  • Building and nurturing relationshipswith key decision makers in the fintechsector
  • Understanding client needs andeffectively communicating the value proposition of our fintechsolutions
  • Conducting compelling productdemonstrations and presentations to potentialclients
  • Negotiating contracts and agreements toclose sales deals within establishedguidelines
  • Collaborating with the marketingteam to develop targeted sales strategies andcampaigns
  • Providing accurate and timely salesforecasts and reports
  • Staying updated onindustry trends market activities andcompetitors
  • Attending industry events andconferences to network and promote our fintechofferings
RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelors degree inBusiness Finance or related field
  • Proven trackrecord of success in B2B sales particularly within the fintechsector
  • Strong understanding of financialtechnology products and services
  • Excellentcommunication and interpersonalskills
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceedsales targets
  • Proficiency in CRM software andsales productivity tools
  • Ability to travelfrequently and work independently in a field salescapacity
  • Sound analytical and problemsolvingabilities
  • High level of resilience andpersistence in pursuing salesopportunities
  • Thorough knowledge of salestechniques and bestpractices
