Develop and execute the company's global sales strategy in alignment with overall business objectives. Lead and manage a high-performing sales team distributed across different regions. The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's in Engineering is a must within the Computer Science/IT domain BFSI selling experience along with strong connects within the BFSI ecosystem is mandatory The person should have played a National/Global role for the last 3+ years Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders. Demonstrated experience in managing and leading geographically dispersed sales teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
