Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager based in Indore. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing and expanding the customer base, and achieving sales targets within the assigned region. Key day-to-day tasks include identifying sales opportunities, negotiating contracts, and providing exceptional customer service. Additionally, the Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for analyzing market trends, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop promotional activities.
Qualifications
- Sales Strategy, Sales Management, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) skills
- Strong negotiation and contract management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and prepare sales reports
- Team collaboration and leadership skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
