Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end tender submission process, including preparation of technical bids,
compliance documents, and supporting commercial inputs.
Work closely with the sales and design team to understand client requirements and propose
tailored technical solutions.
Participate in reverse auction processes, ensuring competitive positioning while maintaining
compliance and profitability.
Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, and internal stakeholders to collate technical and
commercial information.
Prepare and present technical proposals, solution documents, and BOQs to clients and
consultants.
Ensure timely submission of bids in line with tender specifications and deadlines.
Provide presales support during client presentations, technical discussions, and
demonstrations.
Stay updated with industry standards, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in
CCTV, FDA, and PA systems.
Skills & Requirements:
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in presales, tendering, or bid management within the
electronic security and safety systems industry.
Strong knowledge of tender documentation, e-procurement portals, and reverse auction
processes.
Technical expertise in CCTV surveillance, Fire Detection & Alarm systems, and Public
Address systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and relevant tender submission tools.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹188, ₹512,086.45 per year
