Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Prospecting & Lead Qualification:Identify and research potential clients undergoing or considering digital transformation initiatives. Utilize industry insights and market research to uncover qualified leads.
- Technical Expertise & Solution Design:Possess in-depth knowledge of IT digital transformation principles, methodologies, and best practices. Deep dive into customer challenges to architect bespoke solutions leveraging technologies like cloud computing (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), data analytics, and AI/ML.
- Compelling Presentations & Demos:Craft impactful presentations and product demonstrations, translating complex technical concepts into clear, customer-centric messages that resonate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proof of Concepts and Client Engagement:Develop and maintain strong relationships with key technical contacts and decision-makers. Work collaboratively with internal technical teams to create proof-of-concepts (POCs) that showcase the value and feasibility of your proposed solutions.
- Proposal Creation & Negotiation:Construct compelling and accurate sales proposals, pricing models, and contracts that win customer approval. Be prepared to handle negotiations and address client concerns confidently.
- Post-Sales Support & Project Engagement:Following successful deal closure, actively participate in project planning and execution. Maintain close communication with the client throughout the project lifecycle to ensure successful implementation of the proposed solution.

Required skill set:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales role or related field, demonstrating the ability to manage the entire presales process independently.
- Strong understanding of IT digital transformation principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- In-depth knowledge of cloud computing platforms and services (e.g.,AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Proficiency in data analytics concepts and emerging technologies like AI/ML.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to identify customer needs, translate them into technical solutions, and effectively communicate the value proposition.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage a fast-paced workload.
- Self-motivated and independent with a strong work ethic and a dedication to exceeding expectations.
