Job Overview
We are looking for a Help Desk Junior to join our team at Outworks Solutions Private Ltd. As a Help Desk Junior, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients. This is a full-time position based in Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Qualifications and Skills
1 to 3 years of experience in a similar help desk or technical support roleProficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issuesKnowledge of Windows and Mac operating systemsFamiliarity with basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)Strong problem-solving and analytical skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasksCustomer-oriented mindset and ability to provide exceptional customer serviceCertifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), or ITIL Foundation are a plus
Roles and Responsibilities
Provide technical support and assistance to clients via phone, email, and chatTroubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issuesInstall, configure, and maintain computer systems and applicationsAssist with the setup and deployment of new hardware and softwareCreate and update user documentation and knowledge base articlesCollaborate with other teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issuesFollow standard operating procedures and ensure compliance with company policiesProvide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction
