Job Title: Business Developer (Online Bidder)
Location: Mohali
Experience: 1 – 7 years
Job Description:
We are looking for a Business Developer (Bidder) to generate new business opportunities through online bidding portals (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, LinkedIn, etc.). The candidate will be responsible for writing proposals, communicating with clients, and closing deals, mainly for IT services such as Web Development, SEO, Digital Marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and acquire projects through Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, and LinkedIn.
- Draft customized proposals, cover letters, and quotations as per client requirements.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and suggest suitable solutions.
- Work closely with the technical team to prepare project estimations and deliver winning proposals.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and timelines with clients.
- Maintain client relationships for repeat and long-term business.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Keep records of bids, conversions, and revenue in CRM.
Required Skills:
- Excellent written & verbal communication.
- Practical knowledge of bidding portals (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.).
- Strong understanding of IT services (Web, SEO, Digital Marketing, etc.).
- Ability to draft professional and persuasive proposals.
- Negotiation and deal-closing skills.
- Self-driven and target-oriented.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing/Sales (preferred but not mandatory).
