Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify and research potential clients and markets. Develop and execute a strategic plan to generate new leads through cold calling, networking, social media, and other channels.
Sales Cycle Management : Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure. This includes conducting needs assessments, delivering compelling presentations, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts.
Client Relationship Management : Build and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients. Act as a trusted advisor, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
Market Analysis and Strategy : Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Provide valuable insights to the leadership team to help shape our business development strategy.
Pipeline Management : Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline in our CRM system. Provide regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and performance against targets.
Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless client experience and to provide market feedback for product development.
Achieve Sales Targets : Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
