We are looking for leaders to join us in this mission.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & QualificationIdentify and qualify high-potential B2C leads through outbound calls, emails, and digital channels to build a strong sales pipeline.Convert leads into customers through phone calls and virtual connects.Make a minimum of 60–70 prospect calls daily.Education & ConsultationEducate prospective clients on the long-term benefits of switching to solar energy and how SolarSquare’s solutions drive financial and environmental impact.Sales Meetings & DemosSchedule meetings, field visits, product demos, and presentations to engage interested prospects and facilitate decision-making.Meet clients in person whenever required for product presentations, consultations, and closing discussions.Sales Pipeline Management & Follow-upsMaintain an organized and up-to-date pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-ups to convert leads into long-term customers.Visit clients for follow-up meetings as needed to build trust and drive conversion.CRM & Record-KeepingAccurately track all customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities within CRM tools to maintain efficient communication and reporting.Collaborative StrategyWork closely with the Design and Business Development teams to refine lead conversion strategies and deliver seamless customer experiences.ConversionMaintain a minimum 20% conversion ratio .Qualifications & SkillsExperience: 2–5 years in inside sales, direct sales, or B2C lead generation.Sales Success: Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a B2B or B2C environment.Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication with the ability to persuasively engage clients and simplify complex concepts.Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM tools, sales automation platforms, and MS Office Suite.Self-Motivated: Goal-oriented with a strong drive for success and results.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).Industry Knowledge: Experience or interest in solar energy, sustainability, or clean technologies is an added advantage.Language Proficiency (as per location):Bangalore: KannadaChennai: TamilHyderabad: TeluguWhy Join SolarSquare?Impactful Work: Contribute to India’s clean energy transition and help homes reduce carbon footprint and energy costs.Growth Opportunities: Thrive in a dynamic work environment with strong professional development prospects.Collaborative Culture: Join a passionate and supportive team dedicated to innovation and success.Competitive Compensation: Competitive salary, performance-based incentives, and career progression opportunities.Role DetailsLocations: Open for Hyderabad, Bangalore, and ChennaiWorking Days: 6 days a week (Tuesday–Sunday, Monday fixed off)Salary Budget: Up to ₹6.5 LPA
