Job Description
As a Commercial Entertainment Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for the following:
The primary function of this position is to provide the highest quality service to customers, sell new lines of coverage and cross sell within the existing book of business. The Account Executive (AE) will be the day-to-day liaison between the insurance company and designated accounts. The AE will manage and control the relationships with his/her clients.
Daily servicing of customers will include addressing various coverage issues, contract analysis, exposure analysis, handle and/or direct all the inside service work associated with the clients’ accounts, including all endorsement activity, routine coverage questions, problem solving, renewal control, preparation of formal proposals, checking and binding policies.
AE should have experience in all areas of Commercial Entertainment insurance. The AE will inform the Producer on strategic account issues, claims and other potential problems. The AE is responsible for overseeing all processes related to renewals, account management and new business development as well as insuring Standard Operating Guidelines are used and followed for all insurance transactions.
Requirements
  • College Degree preferred (high school diploma is required)
  • Proficient in EPIC
  • Current California Department of Insurance License
  • 3-7 years of experience
  • Proficient MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

This is a hybrid position, 2 days in office.

Requirements
State-issued insurance license, including life and health. Strong interpersonal and sales skills. Effective communication and empathy when discussing sensitive topics. Ability to work independently and provide personalized service. A high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
