Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end Workday HCM implementations including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
  • Partner with HR and IT stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
  • Configure Workday HCM modules such as Core HCM, Recruiting, Onboarding, Absence, Time Tracking, Payroll, Benefits, Performance & Talent.
  • Develop and maintain Business Processes, Security Groups, Calculated Fields, Reports, and Integrations.
  • Conduct functional workshops, training sessions, and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams.
  • Manage data conversion, validation, and migration activities.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 35 years of Workday HCM experience, with at least 2 full-cycle end-to-end Workday HCM implementations.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Workday Business Processes, Security, Reports, Calculated Fields, EIB/Integrations, and Workday Studio.
  • In-depth understanding of HR processes and policies.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Workday HCM Certification preferred.
