WORKDAY HCM TECHNO FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT

A premier digital technology solutions company with leading capabilities in digital is looking for WorkdayHCM professional

**ROLE**:
Looking for passionate individuals who are keen to help clients with their digital transformation journey and help them drive innovative ways of working through Workday’s innovative HCM solutions which include Core HR, Talent acquisition, Payroll, Compensation and Benefits.

**RESPONSIBILITES**:
As a Workday HCM Functional Consultant, you will help in deployment of Workday HCM Modules
- Serve as a Workday HCM expert which include Core HR, Talent acquisition, Payroll, Compensation and Benefits.
- Knowledge of design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities. Demonstrate configurations through prototyping. Independently manage work on multiple projects in various phases. Conduct sessions with customers to analyze business requirements and leverage expertise to provide recommendations and develop solutions.
- Identify strategies, risks, and options for recommending approaches towards meeting requirements for post-production customers.
- Coordinate with project teams to align development with customer design decisions.
- Provide status updates to the customer, project team, and management on a regular basis.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology Engineering
- Must have active Workday Certification in HCM
- Hands-on experience on HCM concepts and processes along with implementation
- Strong consulting and presentation skills with the ability to effectively manage customer expectations.
- Experience on gathering business requirements, designing, and prototyping, testing, and implementing requirements under multiple deadlines.
- 8 -12 years of experience as a certified Workday consultant.

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
