We are seeking an enthusiastic, adaptable, and personable individual who is comfortable with uncertainty, understands our technical vision, and is ready to roll up their sleeves to get the job done. The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the account management and Client success cycle, with a proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:Cultivate solid relationships with clients by providing exceptional after-sales service.Create a positive onboarding experience for new clients.Regularly interact with clients through telephone calls, email communications, and face-to-face meetings.Maintain accurate records of all existing and potential clients.Inspire repeat business from clients.Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.Analyze performance data to offer clients data-driven business insights and use those insights to improve our service offerings.Ensure timely receivables and cash flow from clients.Coordinate internally to meet all deliverables and ensure smooth account functioning.Prepare timely client updates on all stages of project processes.

Ideal Candidate Must-Have:At least 1+ years of experience in account management/client services roles; SaaS experience is a significant plus.Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.Flexibility to work beyond what is described in the job description.An understanding of the market and competitor activities.The ability to seek out the appropriate contact in a targeted organization.Respectful handling of complaints.The ability to deliver results under pressure.The ability to multitask and work under strict deadlines.The ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.If you are passionate about driving client success and looking for an exciting opportunity to grow with an innovative e-commerce tech startup, we’d love to hear from you Apply now to
