Technical Customer Success Manager

Our client, a fast-growing SaaS platform that simplified the management of distributed teams is looking for a Technical Success Manager in IndiaThe RoleYou will be responsible for :Serving as the primary point of contact and build and maintain post-sales relationships with customers.
Acting as a trusted advisor to ensure successful implementations and provide technical guidance, troubleshooting, and solutions to customer queries.Identifying and addressing business and technical issues, marshaling resources across the organization for timely case resolution.
Developing and maintaining a working knowledge of customers' technical architecture and business requirements.
Conducting Customer Health Checks to ensure alignment with best standards and practices.
Contributing to the knowledge base by sharing insights and lessons learned.
Facilitating the use Case Workshops to align the solutions with customer business processes.
Coordinating cross-functional project teams to address customer requirements and drive growth opportunities.
Ideal ProfileYou possess a Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent experience.
You have at least 3 years of experience in customer-facing roles such as technical consulting or enterprise customer support.
You have excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills for technical and management clients.
You have strong organizational skills to manage competing client demands, multiple priorities, and projects.
You possess strong analytical skills regarding technical and project management issues.
You have experience in customer-facing roles such as technical consulting or enterprise customer support.
You have the ability troubleshoot technical issues and determine appropriate resolution paths.
You have an exemplary customer service attitude with business development and customer relationship management experience.
You have the ability to facilitate cross-team collaboration and coordinate resources effectively.
