The Role:

OPSWAT is currently on the lookout for a Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key customer contact working alongside our sales team, you will primarily engage with our Platinum and Key accounts, ensuring a seamless journey with OPSWAT that maximizes the customer's return on investment.

As a product and industry expert, you will assist customers with onboarding, address technical queries, and handle any escalations. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing the adoption and usage of our solutions.

  • Be a trusted advisor to Platinum and Key customers, focusing on Adoption, Retention, and Experience.
  • Offer technical guidance on product configuration and best practices.
  • Understand and align with customers' security and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Conduct training sessions or workshops with customers to strategize for success.
  • Identify opportunities to expand our portfolio within existing customers.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in the security space.
  • Conduct Quarterly reviews with customers to maximize product adoption.
  • Assist the professional services team to ensure successful onboarding for customers.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity or networking software in a CSM or TAM role.
  • Proven track record in developing customer relationships and working as a trusted advisor.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Experience troubleshooting enterprise applications in Windows and Linux environments.
  • Foundation in networking concepts.
  • Self-motivated individual who excels at identifying and resolving customer pain points.
  • Comfortable engaging with customers at all levels within the cybersecurity domain.
  • Highly ethical and professional conduct.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience working for a Cyber Security Vendor.
  • Experience as a Technical Account Manager or Customer Success Manager.
  • Background in a technical support team.
  • Strong knowledge of security industry best practices.
  • Familiarity with Sandbox and anti-malware products.
  • Understanding of APIs.
  • Experience with Cloud-Based Services (Azure, AWS, and GCP).
  • Proficiency in working with Linux-based infrastructure.
  • Experience with OT security solutions.
  • Relevant security industry certifications.
