Role Description

We are looking for a Client Success Executive to join our team in New Delhi. You will be responsible for maintaining client relationships, managing client accounts, and providing technical support. You will collaborate with internal departments to ensure the client’s successful onboarding and retention.


Responsibilities & Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and Relationship Management Skills.
  • Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients.
  • Professional experience in Customer Success / Support or Sales would be preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or G Suite.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Technology or any related field.
  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate with the sales team regularly
  • Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously


Preferences

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedback.
  • Proficiency with common customer success and customer relationship management software, such as Gainsight and Salesforce.
  • Prior Experience in the B2B SaaS Industry
