Learn more: Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager for our General Staffing vertical. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within the Engineering/ Manufacturing sectors and a proven ability to engage with HR leaders and top-level decision-makers. Key Responsibilities: Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and developing strategic client relationships. Engage with HR departments and senior management to understand staffing needs and propose tailored solutions. Build and maintain a portfolio of major clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention. Support hiring teams in fulfilling client requirements efficiently and effectively. Achieve Gross Profit (GP) targets through proactive sales and client engagement. Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure. Conduct strategic workforce planning to increase closure volumes. Ensure timely follow-ups and adherence to client timelines. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align business goals with client expectations. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions. Required Skills & Experience: Minimum 3+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in Staffing & Recruitment. Strong understanding of the Engineering/ Manufacturing industry. Excellent communication (verbal & written), interpersonal, and presentation skills. Ability to build trust and rapport with clients and stakeholders. Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient with a strong work ethic. Experience in strategic planning and consultative selling. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in General Staffing or Contract Staffing. Exposure to large-scale hiring projects and volume recruitment. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
