Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Associate (Corporate Sales) to drive client acquisition and revenue growth for Sminetech Solutions. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, engaging with decision-makers, building long-term relationships, and supporting the sales cycle for IT services and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities in Enterprise / Corporate accounts.
  • Conduct research to generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Reach out to CXOs, IT Heads, and decision-makers through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
  • Pitch Sminetech's Cloud, AI, DevOps, and IT solutions to prospective clients.
  • Schedule and participate in client meetings, demos, and presentations.
  • Maintain strong follow-ups to convert prospects into long-term clients.
  • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to prepare proposals and RFP responses.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales & revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM tools and provide regular sales reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • 1–4 years of experience in Business Development / Corporate Sales (preferably IT services/solutions).
  • Strong understanding of IT consulting, Cloud, SaaS, or Digital Transformation services is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Self-driven with a passion for sales, networking, and relationship building.
  • Comfortable with cold calling, lead generation, and corporate outreach.
