Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Associate (AI Focus) in the Founder's Office who will work closely with leadership to identify, evaluate, and scale AI-driven growth opportunities. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, business development, and product enablement, and is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to contribute directly to revenue, partnerships, and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
AI Solutions BD: Identify and engage B2B clients (schools, study abroad firms, edtechs) for our AI-powered assessments, reports, and workflow automation products.
Founder's Office Projects: Support cross-functional initiatives (investor decks, partnership pitches, GTM plans, revenue models).
Partnership Development: Build relationships with universities, accelerators, and corporate sponsors for student engagement programs.
AI Market Research: Track emerging AI trends in edtech, competitor offerings, and potential product-market fit opportunities.
Client Success Alignment: Work with product and tech teams to translate client requirements into AI-driven solutions.
Growth Analytics: Support forecasting, deal tracking, and reporting using CRM and internal dashboards.
What We're Looking For
0–3 years of experience in business development, strategy consulting, or founder's office roles (edtech/AI/startup experience is a plus).
Strong understanding of AI applications in business (LLMs, RAG, personalization engines).
Excellent communication skills — able to pitch to clients, investors, and stakeholders with clarity.
Analytical mindset with comfort in working with data, reports, and financial models.
Hustler mentality — comfortable with ambiguity, ownership, and execution at speed.
