- Stipend Range: ₹5,000 – ₹7,000 (Fixed, In-hand)

AI Academia is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Business Development Intern to join our growing team. This internship is perfect for individuals eager to learn about sales, client communication and business growth in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential clients to generate leads and build a strong pipeline.
  • Conduct outreach through calls, emails and other platforms to drive conversions.
  • Understand client requirements and present relevant solutions effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to strategize and achieve targets.

Requirements:

  • Graduate or final-year student in any field (freshers are welcome; prior sales experience is a plus).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup with discipline and accountability.
  • Basic proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets and online communication platforms.
