Role Description :

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for generating leads, pitching services, and on boarding new clients to ZoomBoosters. This role offers complete flexibility and high earning potential based on sales conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities.

* Lead generation through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.

* Build and maintain strong client relationships.

* Create and present business proposals to prospective clients.

* Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

* Achieve monthly and quarterly business growth targets.

* Follow up and close deals

* Maintain records of prospects and daily outreach.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

* Proven lead generation and business development skills.

* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

* Basic knowledge of digital marketing, e-commerce, or Amazon seller services (preferred).

* Ability to understand client requirements and offer tailored solutions.

* Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.

* Strong organizational and time management skills.

* Self-motivated with a growth mindset

Qualifications:

* Graduate in any field (BBA, B.Com, B.Sc, BA, MBA, etc.)

* Candidates with 0 –3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development will be preferred
