Job Title: Business Development Manager Exp: Min 5-10 YearsJob type: Full timeLocation: Bangalore (Immediate joiner)Job description: Roles and Responabilities: ·Identify and develop new business opportunities at B2B/B2C channel by promoting nice product range to new and existing clients.·Promote Brand in the assigned City by building Customers like affiliates, Wholesalers, Resellers, interior designer, Being one Stop Solution for all customer needs.·He/She is responsible for accelerating our presence in offline space by driving Re-seller, affiliates On-boarding & servicing within an assigned geographical area.·Approach new businesses with proposals.·Establish & maintain efficient relationship with new and existing clients.·Generate new business opportunities in assigned territory / channel.·Create proposals for target clients with relevant info and quotes·Manage clients/ projects receivables and cash collections in light of present financial KPI.·Ensure clients have positive experience by communicating effectively pre and post deal process.·Oversee and manage corporate team of sales executives/business development executives to achieve set targets.·Work closely with relevant departments/colleagues commercial, marketing, product supply & MRI to ensure efficientoperation in terms of product availability, storage, delivery & after sales service·Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.·Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.·Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.·Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople.·Develop and manage new and existing clients by providing high calibre of service, explore and identify all their needs.·Present sales, revenue reports to the management team on daily, weekly & monthly basis·Responsible for achieving on-boarding targets, sales targets of team as well as individual.
