**Business Development Manager****ECT Cloud Solutions India Pvt. Ltd.** is looking for a Business Development Manager to join our Business Team and help us grow our IT consulting business in India. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, scheduling meetings, building relationships with potential clients, and closing deals.**Responsibilities: ** Research and identify new business opportunities in the IT consulting market in India Generate leads and prospects through cold calling, email marketing, social media, and networking Qualify and nurture leads and prospects through the sales cycle Present and pitch our IT consulting services and solutions to potential clients Negotiate contracts and terms of business with clients Maintain and update CRM system with sales activities and pipeline Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality service and customer satisfaction Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs Regularly go for field visits to meet clients and prospects. **Fix customer meetings for the leadership team as required****Requirements: ** MBA/bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, IT, or related field. MBA Freshers from reputed institution are welcome to apply for this position. 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management in the IT consulting industry (for non-freshers) Proven track record of generating new business and closing deals (for non-freshers) Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Strong knowledge of the IT consulting market and trends in India Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to travel within India and abroad as required
