  • Process orders returns andexchanges
  • Update customer records in thedatabase with accurate information
  • Collaboratewith other departments to escalate and resolve complexissues
  • Identify and assess customers needs toachieve satisfaction
  • Provide product andservice information to customers
  • Followcommunication procedures guidelines andpolicies
  • Manage and prioritize multiple taskswhile maintaining attention to detail
  • Documentcustomer interactions and transactions
  • Stayupdated on product knowledge and companypolicies
  • Contribute to team effort byaccomplishing related results asneeded
  • Participate in training and coachingsessions
  • Assist in creating and maintaining apositive working environment

  • High school diplomaor equivalent
  • Proven work experience incustomer service role
