DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To arrest loss of revenue by encouraging customer to stay invested for the full term of the policy.
  • Ensure Persistency target achievement of all individual units with pan India in Banca IDFC FIRST Bank
  • Too meet persistency collection targets assigned through managing sales -Study & understand products, customer behaviour and historic trends and arrive at the persistency numbers for the year based on historic trends.
  • To ensure the Persistency scores through team interventions, Internal & bank call centre, new initiatives to improve persistency of business.
  • Ensure drill down monthly, renewal, revival etc so that the targets set for relevant teams to influence with defined ownerships
  • Ensure regular updates /scoreboards to the teams on achievement
  • Key Alerts on the regional / zonal trends and highlights - constant interaction with branches/field/customers and take feedback and suggestions from the field for enablers
  • Execute/ Implement strategic initiatives to boost persistency levels
  • Monitor all initiatives taken and campaign launches with Measures
  • Ensure intra & inter departmental collaboration to close issues related to his assigned domain & Risk Management
  • Adhere to statutory and regulatory norms
  • Ensure defined procedures / processes are followed to maintain compliant sales
  • Ensure acceptable Turn-Around -Times (TAT) for channel as per agreement
  • Ensure reduction in customer complaints
  • Responsible for adhering to the compliant management process as agreed between the partnership.
  • Responsible for understanding compliant trends and executing plan to bring them down.
  • Monthly governance with the bank
  • Responsible for Protection budgets for the channel. Ensure achievement of term and rider share in line with the approved budget for the year
  • Driving profitable product mix in line with the plan for the year
  • Responsible for growing the annuity and pension share for the channel basis the current market opportunity.
