Key roles and responsibilities

  • the company’s dynamic food service sales efforts and develop/maintain relationships with food service institution at all levels
  • an individual expense account within budget guidelines
  • ongoing relationships with customers and drive conversations to inform them about new developments in company’s products
  • quotes and proposals
  • by phone, email and in person. Must be comfortable with legal documents
  • client meetings, food committee meetings and other events related to clients
  • effective, professional relationships with customers, vendors and fellow employees
  • unit operations in accordance with the standards required by SmartQ, handle contract specifications and statutory regulations.
  • for the overall resourceful management of the unit, providing great quality food services and healthy partner management.
  • for monitoring and ensuring food services to agreed standards and specifications.
  • economic and efficient utilization of resources including utility, people, and technology.
  • and help on-site/off-site partners manage effectively
  • regularly with clients to stay updated on operational activities and happenings
  • plans are completed following client satisfaction surveys and audits.
  • all products are correctly priced in line with client agreement and specifications.
  • manpower schedule within the budget. Adjust labour schedule in line with sales.
  • site adherence to safety standards as per SLA


Qualifications:

  • in food industry required
  • work ethic, integrity and personal accountability to be a self-starter and make independent decisions
  • ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
  • and willing to take on any tasks to support team efforts
  • written and verbal communication skills,
  • interpersonal skills
  • knowledge and experience of working with food, technology and leverage people.
  • Oriented, be accountable and hold accountable.
  • experience in managing successful teams in a similar environment.
  • Food Hygiene certificate and knowledge of QHSE standards.
  • financial and application acumen.
  • agile and ability to adapt to a changing environment.
  • 5+years’ experience with minimum 3 years in a similar role.
  • in Hotel Management discipline.
  • of the local language is mandatory.
  • candidate will be required to work for 6 days a week

SmartQ will provide travel reimbursements as per travel policy.
