Roles & Responsibilities

Build and deploy sales strategies and tactics, devise and implement action plans and

counter measures as needed to achieve revenue targets, while growing existing and new

customers to their full potential.

 Work with and develop strong relationships within Key Accounts, assuring overall customer

satisfaction. Leverage this network to build loyalty and to secure long-term business

partnerships.

 Through an in-depth understanding of the market, customer and client’s unique capabilities,

uncover new opportunities for revenue growth. Utilize data-driven insights to optimize

strategies and improve sales effectiveness.

 Build a robust Sales Pipeline, managing the entire sales process from lead generation,

identifying target accounts, defining go-to-market approaches to closing deals and

consistently exceeding sales targets.

 Build strategic and good relationships with all client teams including C-suite executives and

department heads, to enable efficient project realization and acceleration. Create ideas

that can improve client’s business capabilities or introduce new ones for our customers.

 Analyze business performance of key accounts and formulate strategies and action plans

to improve Gross margins and profitability.

 Implement best practices for lead generation, qualification, and conversion. Apply CRM

and funnel management tools to continually improve processes such as prospecting,

building opportunity pipeline and client management.

 Develop effective relationships with key internal executives, BU heads, Account Managers,

Solution SMEs, to create proposals/RFP/RFI that will win new business while attaining

profitability and EBITDA objectives.

 Stay updated with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities. Also,

share knowledge of latest industry trends with our sales team, customers, prospects and

partners

 Track, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics, including revenue attainment,

sales pipeline health, and customer engagement.
