Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) - Renewable Energy


Location : Base Location: Delhi; Travel to Site Locations


Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) with a robust background in managing HR functions at the plant/site level for EPC and O&M projects. The ideal candidate will possess over 15 years of progressive HR experience and hold a degree from a Tier 1 college. This role requires a strategic thinker who can align HR practices with business goals and foster a productive, safe, and inclusive work environment. The HRBP will be based in Delhi but will require travel to various site locations.


Key Responsibilities:

- HR Strategy Development : Partner with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that support the company’s business objectives and growth in the renewable energy sector.

- Employee Relations : Manage all aspects of employee relations at the plant/site level, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and fostering a positive work environment.

- Talent Acquisition and Management : Oversee the recruitment process for site-level positions, ensuring the selection of qualified candidates who align with the company’s values and objectives. Develop and implement talent management and succession planning strategies.

- Performance Management : Implement and manage performance appraisal systems, provide coaching and feedback, and support managers in addressing performance issues.

- Training and Development : Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and career development. Lead initiatives to promote continuous learning and professional growth.

- HR Analytics : Utilize HR analytics to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making processes.

- Employee Engagement : Design and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention, fostering a culture of inclusion and diversity.

- HR Operations : Manage day-to-day HR operations at the plant/site, including payroll, HRIS maintenance, and policy administration.


Qualifications :

- Master’s degree in Human Resources, or a related field from a Tier 1 college.

- Graduation in any field from a Tier 1 college

- A minimum of 15 years of HR experience, with at least 10 years in a leadership role managing HR functions at the plant/site level for EPC projects in the renewable energy sector.

- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulatory requirements.

- Proven experience in strategic HR planning and execution.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software.

- Certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR is preferred.

- Willingness and ability to travel to various site locations.
