Role Overview

The
Regional Sales Training Manager
will be responsible for designing, delivering, and monitoring sales training interventions across clinics in the North region. This role ensures that Centre Heads, Slimming Heads, Beauty Heads, and Counselors are fully equipped with
sales skills, product knowledge, and client engagement techniques
to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Training Design & Delivery

  • Conduct
    induction training
    for new hires in sales and counseling roles.
  • Deliver
    sales training modules
    covering consultative selling, upselling, cross-selling, objection handling, and client conversions.
  • Run regular
    refresher sessions
    and on-the-job coaching to address performance gaps.

Capability Building

  • Build knowledge around
    Hero Products, promotions, and service offerings
    .
  • Introduce standardized sales scripts, role plays, and simulation-based learning.
  • Track and improve
    trainer scores, NPS, and training feedback
    .

Performance & Impact Measurement

  • Monitor pre- and post-training performance to evaluate training ROI.
  • Identify weak-performing clusters/centres and deploy targeted interventions.
  • Partner with Zonal/Cluster Heads to ensure training translates into business outcomes.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing, HR, and operations to align training content with campaigns and brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate with Clinic Heads for seamless training implementation and feedback.

Travel

  • Extensive travel across
    Delhi NCR, Punjab, Haryana, UP, J&K, and nearby North region
    to conduct field training.

Candidate Profile

  • Graduate / MBA, preferably in HR, Sales, or Marketing.
  • 7–10 years of experience
    in sales training, preferably in
    clinics, wellness, healthcare, retail, or hospitality sectors
    .
  • Strong facilitation and coaching skills with proven ability to drive sales capability.
  • Female candidates only.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure training impact.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.
