We’re Hiring: Regional Sales Manager – North

Location: North India | Full-time | Department: GovtTech Channel Sales & Enterprise Sales

We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager (North) to lead our enterprise & government sales in the region and drive high-impact growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue growth by acquiring and managing enterprise, government, and channel accounts.
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies including forecasting, territory planning, and key account development.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Smart Cities, Transportation, Manufacturing, Airports, and Retail .
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycles : lead generation → proposal → negotiation → closure.
  • Build strong relationships with System Integrators (SIs), channel partners, and OEMs .
  • Monitor and respond to RFPs, tenders, and government procurement processes .
  • Collaborate with Pre-sales, Marketing, and Product teams to deliver customer-aligned solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets .
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred ).
  • 6–9 years of B2B / Enterprise sales experience in Tech, SaaS, AI, Surveillance, or Smart City domains.
  • Strong network across government, infrastructure, and enterprise clients in North India.
  • Proven experience with large accounts, tenders, and consultative sales .
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills .
  • Willingness to travel frequently across the region.
Preferred Skills
  • Knowledge of AI, Video Analytics, VMS, CCTV, or IoT products .
  • Experience in public sector projects / Smart City initiatives .
  • Ability to handle long sales cycles & high-value deals .
