About This Role:

- We are looking for a driven Regional Sales Head who will lead our go-to-market for startups and SMBs across North India.

- You'll be on the frontlines of our growth - identifying funded startups and fast-growing SMBs, building founder/CXO relationships, and helping them switch to a smarter way of acquiring laptops and IT infrastructure.

- This role reports directly to the leadership and is critical in shaping our presence in India's fastest-growing tech ecosystems.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Identify and prioritize high-potential startup & SMB accounts (10-300 employees) using internal data, funding databases, and referrals.

- Own the full sales funnel: prospecting - qualifying - pitching - closing - onboarding.

- Collaborate closely with our credit, operations, and asset teams to structure and close profitable leasing deals.

- Educate prospects on the value of Swish Club's Device as a Service model - reduce capex, add flexibility, cover damage, IT support, asset management & more.

- Build lasting relationships with Founders, CFOs, and IT heads.

- Maintain hygiene in CRM (Hubspot) and provide regular forecasts and updates.

- Represent Swish Club at startup events, pitch days, co-working hubs, and CXO meetups.

You'll Be A Great Fit If You:

- Have 4-7 years of B2B sales experience with fast growing startups bonus if you've sold to startups, leased IT hardware, or sold SaaS/Fintech products.

- Thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and know how to find your own leads when needed.

- Are naturally curious and know how to handle objections without sounding "salesy".

- Understand commercial terms (GST, IRR, credit period, RV, etc. ) and can speak the CFO's language.

- Are process-driven and fluent with tools like Hubspot, Excel, and Notion.
