We’re Hiring: Regional Sales Manager – North
Location: North India | Full-time | Department: GovtTech Channel Sales & Enterprise Sales

We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager (North) to lead our enterprise & government sales in the region and drive high-impact growth.
Key Responsibilities- Drive revenue growth by acquiring and managing enterprise, government, and channel accounts.
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies including forecasting, territory planning, and key account development.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Smart Cities, Transportation, Manufacturing, Airports, and Retail.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycles: lead generation → proposal → negotiation → closure.
- Build strong relationships with System Integrators (SIs), channel partners, and OEMs.
- Monitor and respond to RFPs, tenders, and government procurement processes.
- Collaborate with Pre-sales, Marketing, and Product teams to deliver customer-aligned solutions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).
- 6–9 years of B2B / Enterprise sales experience in Tech, SaaS, AI, Surveillance, or Smart City domains.
- Strong network across government, infrastructure, and enterprise clients in North India.
- Proven experience with large accounts, tenders, and consultative sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently across the region.
- Knowledge of AI, Video Analytics, VMS, CCTV, or IoT products.
- Experience in public sector projects / Smart City initiatives.
- Ability to handle long sales cycles & high-value deals.
