Client Relationship Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experience Client Relationship Manager possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of the brand and its products, and the ability to create positive and lasting impressions. This role involves direct interaction with customers, partners, and the public to build brand awareness, drive engagement, and foster a positive perception of the brand. Adaptability, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for the brand are key attributes in this role.
Qualification: Post Graduate in Luxury Retail Business from a reputed institute or MBA in Sales and marketing or Communication from a reputed institute
Experience: 5 yrs. experience, (preferably in the Luxury/Hospitality/Interior Industry)
Responsibilities:
Below are some of the responsibilities a Client Relationship Manager is expected to assume in their position:
- Clear understanding of Brand and HNI Clients
- Analytical to gaze at customer requirements and presentations as per client’s choice or preferences. Also skilled in having interactive sessions to educate about the company's brand sensibilities.
- Focused Influencer of key decision maker with innovative/creative solutions/products
- Creative Brand presentation with a focus on client acquisition.
- Good Presentation skills to educate about brand sensibility and offering. Possess in-depth knowledge of the brand's products or services.
- Good understanding of Site layout/map, proposing our products/solutions as per the design of the project.
- Self-motivated sales servicing through telephone, email, and on-appointment meetings
- Conduct thorough assessments of client needs, preferences, and expectations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client requirements and contribute to the overall success of the partnership.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide relevant insights to clients.
- Proactively identify opportunities to add value to client relationships and prevent potential issues.
- Preparation of client meeting in collaboration with respective team. Preparation of client briefing documents and timely organizing documents required for client communication. Ensure that all interactions and communications align with the brand guidelines.
- Handle client feedback or concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Understanding about google sheet and can operate flow management system like sales to delivery.
- Excellent verbal & written communication
- Basic computer knowledge
- Pre-post sales activities
- Willing to travel 2 – 4 days a month

Not limited to description, would be assigned duties and responsibilities from time to time that are in favor of achieving the common goal of the organization, with stretched working hours and flexible shifts including weekends once in a while.
