Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Client Relationship Executive to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business growth through excellent customer service.


Success in this position looks like: maintaining high client retention rates, achieving client satisfaction scores, and identifying opportunities for account growth. Build long-term partnerships and fosters trust with our clients.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries and concerns.
  • Client Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and understanding of our services and products.
  • Account Management: Regularly review client accounts to identify opportunities for up-selling or cross-selling additional services and products.
  • Client Feedback: Collect and analyze client feedback to continuously improve our services and client experience.
  • Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any client issues or complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on client interactions, feedback, and account status to senior management.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure a unified approach to client management and to share insights from client interactions.
  • Market Trends: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to provide relevant insights to clients and the internal team.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in client relationship management, account management, or a similar role.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients at all levels.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Time Management: Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing client needs and industry trends.
