Relationship Manager

Our client, one of the country's top real estate firms, is looking for Relationship Manager who will be assigned to build, manage and improve relationships with clients. They will be the single point of contact of these clients for any inquiry, request or concern post-sale, and ensure timely resolutions. Aside from resolving customer issues, their responsibilities will include regular social calls to clients to strengthen rapport and brand loyalty.
They will be closely collaborating with all Project Teams to find solutions to client issues. These managers will also work with Customer Experience Division, initiatives and will build up our personal customer information database.
Requirements
• Must have held a senior position in a frontliner post for 3 years or more (i.e. hospitality, sales, preferred banking, airlines)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to lead and work within a team
• Excellent conflict resolution and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional organizational and analytical skills
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
• Strategic thinker
• Strong work ethic
• Preferably fluent or can speak/understand Mandarin or Fukien
• Experienced in dealing with high-end net worth clients – Private banking, preferred banking
• Can speak or understand mandarin and/or Fukien
• Excellent communication skills
• Professional looking and great on presenting himself/herself
