Relationship Manager

The position will report into the Branch Head of the Broking and Distribution vertical and lean on the various product leads at PLHO to provide quality services to end clients.
1. Client Acquisition and Business Development:
Identify and target potential clients, expanding the customer base.
Leverage on past contacts and market knowledge to expand the customer base to reach a minimum of 100 qualified relationships over a year.
Collaborate with the branch head, product and marketing teams to execute marketing campaigns targeting affluent clients.
2. Equity Advice and Cross-Selling:
Provide expert advice on equity investments and portfolio recommendations by actively interacting with research teams as well as reading reports issued by the company.
Promote and cross-sell financial products, in line with the clients risk profile, including Insurance, AIF, PMS, Structured products , debt products, mutual funds and other relevant offerings.
Identify up-selling opportunities and offer tailored financial solutions to meet client investment objectives to improve wallet shares.
3. Customer Relationship Management:
Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients for long-term loyalty and satisfaction and generate referrals from clients.
Conduct regular meetings with clients, at least once in a quarter, to understand their financial goals and provide personalized advice and review of their portfolios along with relevant product teams.
Address client queries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively without delay.
Proactively anticipate and resolve any issues or conflicts to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Masters Degree degree in finance, business administration, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience as a Relationship Manager or in a similar role in the financial services industry on the investments side – wealth or broking for a minimum of 5 years.
In-depth knowledge of equity markets and at least one high value wealth product- PMS/AIF, Structures or Insurance.
Should have worked in a nationally well-known reputed broker or wealth manager even if the brand is a regional brand. Preference would be from top 20 brands in banking/ broking/ wealth management.
Strong communication sales and a track record of achieving targets and achieve incentives.
Should have active certifications in the areas where the person claims competence in broking and in wealth.
