Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client relationship management within the accountancy or finance sector, coupled with technical accounting expertise. The Client Manager will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of approximately 100 small SME clients, providing consultative guidance, proactive support, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing timely support.
- Understand clients' business needs and goals to offer tailored financial solutions and advice.

- Utilize technical accounting knowledge to offer proactive advice and guidance to clients, helping them optimize their financial performance and mitigate risks.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within clients' financial operations.

- Financial Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyse clients' financial statements and reports to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
- Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and recommendations to clients.

- Collaborate with internal teams, including tax advisors, auditors, and other professionals, to ensure coordinated service delivery to clients.
