Location: Delhi, Bangalore & MumbaiPURPOSE:The Zonal Head is responsible for the overall growth and development of the Anchor Financing business in the designated region; the focus of the business is

AGRI, AGRI Allied manufacturing and services working capital and supply chain needs

. This includes driving sales and revenue, building and managing a team of sales professionals, and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities:Partner with SMEs/MMEs/ Corporates for Anchor Financing offerings for their suppliers/vendors and dealers/distributors for their sales partners.

Manage end to end partner relationships including pitching, negotiation, contracting, billing/ invoicing, and result tracking.

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base in the designated region.

Ensure compliance with all internal and external policies and regulations, such as data privacy and anti-money laundering regulations.

Collaborate with other business units and functions to align with company-wide initiatives and ensure effective cross-functional collaboration.

Lead, motivate and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure they meet their individual and team targets, provide coaching and mentoring to ensure high performance.

10+ years of experience as a Large Agri Enterprise / Agri Corporate RM with an established financial institution (Banks, NBFC, Fintech companies & Rating Agencies) and expert in working capital and supply chain solution business dealing with Medium and Large Enterprise / Corporate who has T/o above 200 cr and Credit Rating BBB and above.

Must have an existing network of Large Agri Enterprise relationships from his/her previous stints. Only experienced candidates should apply.

Must have experience in supply chain products such as payable financing, receivable financing, vendor bill discounting, channel financing etc.

Should be capable and has a proven track record of dealing with multiple stakeholders in a Large Corporates, Corporate houses & Group company Structure to source and retain Large enterprises.

Ability to work independently with a proven track record of creating and executing partnerships / alliances that drive measurable business results

Willing to travel to meet with traders / large Merchants to acquire new business

The job requires hands on approach and entrepreneurial spirit to take business cases to closure from start to end
