Role:

  1. Sales Head leads the sales team to achieve exceptional revenue growth and customer acquisition.
  2. The Sales Head will develop and execute sales strategies, manage sales operations, and foster a high-performing sales culture.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  2. Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales goals.
  3. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
  4. Establish and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  5. Set sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics to measure sales success.
  6. Monitor sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (N/E, Solutions, Product, Customer & Vendor Success) to align sales strategies.
  8. Develop and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and pipelines.
  9. Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
  10. Ensure sales compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
