About the Role

Web Synergies is seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Performance Marketing Expert
 to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in generating
high-quality B2B leads through paid media channels
 and a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies across key global markets, including
Southeast Asia, India, and the US.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimise performance marketing campaigns across
    Google Ads
    ,
    LinkedIn Ads
    ,
    Retargeting
    , and
    PPC
     to drive B2B lead generation.
  • Develop and implement
    Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
     strategies for targeted campaigns.
  • Manage end-to-end paid media campaigns with a focus on quality lead generation and conversion.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics to maximise
    ROI
     and
    lead flow
    .
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales and product to align marketing efforts.

Required Skills & Expertise

  • Hands-on experience in
    Google Ads
     (Search & Display),
    LinkedIn Ads
    , and retargeting strategies.
  • Deep knowledge of
    SEO best practices
    , experience in strong keyword research, executing PPC campaigns.
  • Proficiency in managing
    paid media
    ,
    ABM tools
    , and
    lead nurturing strategies
    .
  • Strong
    analytical mindset
     with the ability to extract and interpret campaign data.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends in
    SEO
    ,
    performance marketing
    , and
    B2B lead generation
    .
