We are a fast-growing digital marketing company focused on delivering impactful campaigns and measurable results for our clients. We are looking for a highly driven and data-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team and scale our campaigns across multiple platforms.

Job Title: Performance Marketing Executive

Experience Required: 3–5 Years

Job Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimise performance marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
  • Manage end-to-end campaign lifecycle – from strategy, setup, tracking, to reporting.
  • Monitor KPIs, analyse campaign performance, and recommend improvements to maximise ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and audience targeting to improve conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the design and content team to create high-performing ad creatives.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, platform changes, and new tools to keep campaigns competitive.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports to management and clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of proven experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping), Meta Ads, and other paid channels.
  • Strong knowledge of campaign tracking, attribution, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, etc.).
  • Proficiency in budget management, bid strategies, and ROI optimisation.
  • Excellent analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and landing page optimisation.
  • Certification in Google Ads / Meta Blueprint will be an added advantage.
