**1. *Campaign Planning & Execution**

** Develop and manage end-to-end paid ad campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)**

** Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and keyword planning**

** Set up ad groups, creatives, landing pages, and UTM tracking**

**2. *Optimization & Performance Tuning**

** Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize for better CTR, CPC, CPL, and ROAS**

** Perform A/B testing on creatives, copy, landing pages, and targeting**

** Adjust bids, budgets, and placements based on real-time data**

**3. *Reporting & Analysis**

** Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and native ad dashboards**

** Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and actionable insights**

** Measure KPIs such as conversions, cost-per-result, and customer acquisition cost**

**4. *Collaboration & Strategy**

** Work closely with designers, content writers, SEO specialists, and clients to align goals**

** Suggest improvements for landing pages and funnels to enhance conversion rates**

** Stay updated with platform algorithm changes and new ad formats/features**

**5. *Tool Proficiency**

** Hands-on experience with platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and SEMrush/SimilarWeb**

** Familiarity with automation and remarketing tools (e.g., Zapier, Pixel, custom audiences)**

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
