**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement performance marketing strategies across multiple channels.
- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns to drive user acquisition and engagement.
- Analyze and interpret marketing data to measure the success of campaigns and make data-driven adjustments.
- Collaborate with teams across the company to execute marketing initiatives and branding efforts.
- Monitor market trends to refine and adjust strategies for better results.
- Manage PR campaigns, and assist with B2B marketing efforts and branding initiatives.
- Develop content strategies aligned with company goals and industry standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in **Digital Advertising**, **Performance Marketing**, and **Campaign Optimization**.
- Strong experience in **data analysis** and interpreting key marketing metrics.
- Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and tools, including **analytics** and **conversion tracking**.
- Experience in **PR campaigns**, **branding**, **B2B marketing**, and **content strategy**.
- Strong understanding of the **US market**.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Experience in the **technology** or **environmental industry** is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in **Marketing**, **Business**, or a related field.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about creating healthier work environments and is ready to make a significant impact through innovative marketing efforts.

Pay: From ₹1,000,000.00 per year
